How to Initiate an Online Return or Exchange

Formally inquire to Ethosstyling@gmail.com to start your Return or Exchange. We will make your return process seamless. 

Locate Your Order

Once logged in:

  • Navigate to 'Orders': Click on the 'Orders' section in your account dashboard.

  • Select the Order: Find and select the order you wish to return or exchange.

  • Email Us: Email your order number and provide us the reason behind the return. 

Return Policy

We can exchange any product that has been ordered within 14 days via email to ethosstyling@gmail.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Ethos-Styling.com purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 calendar days after your order’s arrival date as long as the merchandise is unused & unaltered, and has all the original packaging. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item to confirm that the conditions of our return policy were met. Upon verification, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred less the amount of the return postage. Please note that we cannot refund shipping/return charges.

If your return is accepted, you will be able to print a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
